Job Description

As an aged care enrolled nurse, your crucial role involves providing basic nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse. You'll also carry out health assessments, measure and record patients' vital stats, administer medications, and ensure their comfort and hygiene. You'll be a key player in our team, offering essential care and support to our valued clients across Sydney, either in their homes or within aged care facilities.

Duties

  • Assist in the provision of nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse
  • Assist with health assessments
  • Measure and record the temperature, pulse, or blood pressure of patients
  • Administer medications
  • Attend to patients' comfort and hygiene needs
  • Provide residents with basic nursing care, including wound dressings

Experience

  • A minimum of 6 months on the job training.
